Patients or their helpers provide the intake story and changes while waiting. They should tell staff directly when symptoms worsen or urgent help is needed.
MediLink organizes
The product keeps incoming reports, updates, review states, and their source connected to the visit. System support does not become a clinical assessment.
Nurses assess and review
The nurse reviews information, records the assessment, responds to relevant changes, and explicitly shares the handoff when appropriate.
Physicians review and decide
The physician opens the reviewed summary and its source history. Clinical decisions and downstream care actions remain the responsibility of the treating team.
The site defines its operating model
Operations, clinical leadership, privacy, and IT agree on access, review ownership, escalation, and the conditions for deployment. This guide does not replace local clinical policy.
